Hi, my name is Alex and I’m seeking to expand my career in Information Technology. I’m currently an undergraduate student at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona and I’m in the process of obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems. I also work full-time as a Service Desk Technician for a private organization in Long Beach called Stars Behavioral Health Group. Over the years I have I developed specialized skills in Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, and System Center Configuration Manager. I can take on some of the most challenging issues and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
